An epic lot in Eagle Rock with views for days and extremely steep slope. We designed a 2,183 square foot, three level, three bedroom, three bath house with three levels of decks and views from every room. The permitting process for such a steep hillside was very difficult, as was the extensive foundation work required to build such a house, but the results are breathtaking. A beautiful open plan family home.
