Type: New Construction on Existing Foundation
Limited to the existing foundation, this house lifts the inhabitant up high to take advantage of sweeping views of the Silver Lake Reservoir, the Griffith Observatory, the Hollywood Sign and Lautner's Silver Top house. Designed to direct views toward the landscape and away from unfortunate neighboring buildings, the rooms are both private and open. The dining room and office are cantilevered out over the pool and toward the distance.
